Controller

PageFoundry, owner Fabian Franke, Kastanienweg 20a, 42499 Hückeswagen, Germany, admin@pagefoundry.de, +49 2192 8743999.

The audit

For an audit we process: the target URL you enter, the time, a pseudonymised identifier of your connection (HMAC over the IP prefix) and the publicly retrieved content of the target site. This identifier is a pseudonym and we treat it as personal data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service securely and without abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We only store your email address when you request the full report, and use it to send you the link to the result (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Confirmation by double opt-in proves that the address belongs to you.

Voluntary consent to marketing

When requesting the full report you can additionally tick that we may occasionally send you offers and tips by email. This is voluntary — you get the full report either way. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 7(2) No. 2 German Unfair Competition Act, UWG).

As proof under Art. 7(1) GDPR we store: the time of ticking and of confirmation, the wording shown with its version number, and the pseudonymous connection identifier.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR) — via the unsubscribe link in every email or informally at kontakt@pagefoundry.de. The withdrawal takes effect immediately and applies to all your audits.

Recipients

We use an external email service provider for sending, which processes the data on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not share your data beyond that.

Storage period

Earlier deletion is possible at any time: kontakt@pagefoundry.de

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany).

The report ends with a paid offer. That is advertising for our own services.
